Marketing Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Budget & Ops Associate (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Marketing, Accounting, and FP&A on budget-related inquiries
• Manage the 2026 Marketing budget sheet, ensuring accuracy and completion of monthly tasks
• Support quarterly true-ups and reforecasts in collaboration with Finance and Accounting

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in marketing operations, FP&A, accounting, or business operations
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; familiarity with Zip is a plus
• Practical understanding of accrual-based planning and variance analysis
• Detail-oriented with a track record of maintaining accurate, audit-ready spreadsheets
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment
