Marketing Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the HOKA North America Integrated Marketing team, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Associate will manage project timelines, reporting dashboards, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations and collaboration across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines, templates, and recaps while managing reporting dashboards and organizing documents for various reporting requests
• Source and organize North America-specific seasonal information for inclusion in communications, providing project management and coordination
• Provide administrative support for the Marketing Operations Team, including organizing SharePoint and Asana, coordinating meetings, and assisting with event execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 0-2 years of related marketing experience, preferably in the footwear or fitness industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Asana is a plus
• Ability to work in complex organizations, managing competing priorities and diverse needs
• Knowledge of current fitness/running industry trends and competitor activities
