Marketing Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Student Loans business, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Associate will manage operational tasks including lender compliance, marketing reporting, and affiliate campaign operations to ensure smooth marketplace functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Process lender compliance updates and maintain marketplace accuracy across landing pages and internal systems
• Build and analyze marketing reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions
• Manage landing page content and execute affiliate marketing operations to enhance partner acquisition efforts

Required qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in marketing operations, affiliate marketing, or a similar operational role
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong Google Sheets skills, including formulas and dashboard construction
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow through proactively
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms or familiarity with contract management platforms is preferred
