Marketing Operations Associate

Job Summary

Collaborating with the commercial marketing team, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Associate will execute promotional campaigns, maximize customer experience, and ensure operational excellence in marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, and credit promotions and campaigns for online gaming brands while assisting with performance reports
• Coordinate asset creation and dissemination across design and marketing execution teams for marketing campaigns
• Contribute to the regulatory promotion approval process by developing terms & conditions documentation and ensuring compliance with state-level regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing and/or online gaming operations role
• Ability to work cross-functionally with virtual teams
• Competency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
• Passion and knowledge of North American online gaming
