Marketing Operations Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Marketing Operations Associate will collaborate with the commercial marketing team to execute promotional campaigns aimed at maximizing customer experience and player retention through personalized marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, and credit promotions and campaigns for online gaming brands while assisting with performance reports
• Coordinate asset creation and dissemination across design and marketing execution teams for effective campaign management
• Contribute to the regulatory promotion approval process by developing terms & conditions documentation and ensuring compliance with state-level requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing and/or online gaming operations role
• Strong capability to work cross-functionally with virtual teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
• Passionate and knowledgeable about North American online gaming
