Marketing Operations Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely with a preference for local candidates in Irvine, CA, the part-time Marketing Operations Associate II will manage cross-functional promotional review committee meetings, oversee the review process for multiple brands, and ensure compliance with best practices and company policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional promotional review committee meetings, including building agendas and facilitating discussions
• Manage all aspects of the review process for multiple brands, collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient completion
• Enable best practices and SOP conformance while providing guidance and training to MLR participants

Required qualifications:

• Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising environment
• Familiarity with promotional review systems such as Veeva strongly preferred
• Moderate to advanced Microsoft skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)
• General understanding of FDA regulations for pharmaceutical advertising and promotion
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years of marketing operations experience
