Job Summary
Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Coordinator will manage operational workflows for campaign programming, track asset requests, and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the intake, tracking, and distribution of asset requests and promotional initiatives using Monday.com
- Oversee the IP/licensor approval process for creative assets, ensuring timely feedback and adherence to deadlines
- Coordinate marketing campaigns by tracking feedback and providing updates to stakeholders on project timelines and deliverables
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management or marketing operations within the entertainment or marketing industry
- Familiarity with project management software, preferably Monday.com, and licensor submission platforms
- Proficiency in Google Workspace platforms, including Slides, Docs, and Sheets
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience working with IP licensors or managing approval workflows is a strong plus
