Job Summary
Supporting the marketing team remotely, the full-time Marketing Operations Coordinator will manage the execution of B2B campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery of content and assets while optimizing marketing processes and systems.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates the end-to-end execution of integrated B2B campaigns across email, social, digital ads, and events
- Partners with content marketing and design teams to manage creative assets and ensure on-brand execution
- Tracks and reports on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Up to 2+ years' experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or content marketing within a B2B environment
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with proficiency in Excel
