Marketing Operations Director

Job Summary

To drive marketing strategies and tactics for business growth, the fully remote Director, Marketing Operations will develop and execute lead generation campaigns, optimize digital marketing channels, and manage marketing data workflows while collaborating with the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
• Manage Account-Based Marketing campaigns to accelerate sales pipeline progress
• Establish and maintain marketing data management standards within CRM software

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field
• 7+ years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics
• Expertise in digital marketing best practices and analytics tools
• Experience with CRM software and improving reporting for marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using AI tools for marketing outcomes
