Job Summary

Driving AI adoption and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Director will design and implement AI-driven workflows, manage demand infrastructure, and align marketing with revenue operations to enhance pipeline performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows that improve campaign execution and operational efficiency
  • Own end-to-end funnel performance, ensuring data integrity and tracking accuracy across all campaigns
  • Partner with RevOps to define lifecycle stages, attribution models, and measure marketing's contribution to pipeline
Required Qualifications:
  • 7-10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing operations or demand operations
  • Deep experience with marketing tech stack, including Marketo and Salesforce
  • Proven track record of improving pipeline performance through systems, data, or automation
  • Experience deploying AI or automation in marketing workflows with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, funnel mechanics, and revenue attribution
