Job Summary
Driving AI adoption and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Director will design and implement AI-driven workflows, manage demand infrastructure, and align marketing with revenue operations to enhance pipeline performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows that improve campaign execution and operational efficiency
- Own end-to-end funnel performance, ensuring data integrity and tracking accuracy across all campaigns
- Partner with RevOps to define lifecycle stages, attribution models, and measure marketing's contribution to pipeline
Required Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing operations or demand operations
- Deep experience with marketing tech stack, including Marketo and Salesforce
- Proven track record of improving pipeline performance through systems, data, or automation
- Experience deploying AI or automation in marketing workflows with measurable results
- Strong understanding of demand generation, funnel mechanics, and revenue attribution
