Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the marketing technology stack, ensuring system integration and reliability
  • Operationalize go-to-market motions by enabling campaigns and managing lead routing and nurture workflows
  • Establish data governance standards and collaborate with RevOps for seamless data management and performance measurement
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a GTM Engineering role
  • Hands-on experience as an administrator of HubSpot (Marketing and/or Sales Hub)
  • Proven ability to integrate SaaS platforms using APIs and automation tools
  • Strong understanding of GTM fundamentals and proficiency in data manipulation using SQL or advanced spreadsheet functions
  • Experience with CMS platforms like Webflow, particularly in connecting forms and tracking code
