Job Summary
Owning the Marketing Operations roadmap, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Lead will manage systems, workflows, analytics, and automation frameworks to ensure effective campaign execution and measurable business outcomes for various programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Marketing Operations roadmap and define governance for campaign setup and tracking
- Build and maintain reporting that connects marketing activity to outcomes and develop dashboards for performance insights
- Manage the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and design scalable automation programs for lead generation and lifecycle optimization
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or analytics
- Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) with hands-on Marketo administration experience
- Experience with CRM platforms, specifically MS Dynamics 365 or similar
- Strong analytics and data fluency, including funnel analysis and KPI development
- Proven lead-management optimization experience, including scoring and routing
