Job Summary

Leading cross-functional project management and delivery, the fully remote Marketing Operations Lead will oversee the execution of the Marketing Operations roadmap, coordinating efforts across Marketing Analytics, MarTech Operations, and Data Operations teams during a 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end project management of the MOPS roadmap, establishing a unified delivery plan with clear milestones and dependencies
  • Coordinate workstreams across Marketing Analytics, MarTech, and Data Operations, ensuring timely delivery of transformational marketing data and technology projects
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and progress reports for leadership visibility, supporting quarterly business reviews and roadmap updates
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Program Manager in a marketing, data, or technology environment
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving marketing technology (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Snowflake)
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and drive accountability across teams
