Job Summary
Leading a small operations team, the full-time Marketing Operations Lead will manage promotional timelines, webinars, and email campaigns while investigating and resolving process issues in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team responsible for executing promotions, webinars, and internal training, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Investigate and resolve broken processes and automations, maintaining clean systems and documentation
- Track and report key metrics to ensure project visibility and accountability across the team
Required qualifications
- Strong coordination experience in operations or project management roles
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time through structured processes
- Experience with project management tools, CRM platforms, and webinar/event tools
- Detail-oriented with a systems-thinking approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback and addressing performance issues
