Job Summary
Experienced marketing operations professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Marketing Operations Lead, responsible for building analytics systems, managing the marketing tech stack, and overseeing paid media partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain end-to-end analytics and attribution systems to measure marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue
- Own the marketing tech stack and collaborate with RevOps to enhance data architecture across go-to-market teams
- Manage relationships with paid media agencies and oversee ad creative production across multiple platforms
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, analytics, or go-to-market operations in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience with systems and data infrastructure at a high-growth startup
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot, product analytics tools, and AI-driven workflows
- Strong financial fluency, including building pipeline and ROI models
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, including building workflows and managing lifecycle stages
