Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee and optimize marketing operations and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the marketing operations function from planning to execution and measurement
  • Build and maintain funnel reporting, dashboards, and KPIs in collaboration with GTM leadership
  • Drive campaign measurement and attribution, ensuring visibility into performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Revenue Operations experience in a B2B environment, with at least 2 years in Marketing Operations preferred
  • Deep experience with HubSpot; working knowledge of Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics and pipeline reporting
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription-based businesses
  • Familiarity with ABM tools and multi-touch attribution
