Job Summary
To enhance the commercial effectiveness of the U.S. and Canada Area Marketing organization, the full-time Marketing Operations Manager will lead marketing operations strategy, improve digital architecture, and manage lead processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the marketing operations strategy and improve execution, measurement, and optimization
- Manage the marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring effective digital execution and system governance
- Lead the Area lead management process and improve funnel conversion and pipeline visibility
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or related roles
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce and Eloqua
- Strong understanding of lead management, campaign operations, and marketing analytics
- Experience in improving marketing processes, workflows, and data quality
- Demonstrated ability to partner across Marketing, Sales, IT, and global functions
