Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve the Marketing technology stack to enhance operational efficiency and deliver quality MQLs
  • Drive prioritization to develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Marketing operations
  • Monitor performance metrics across various marketing aspects and implement optimizations to improve engagement and conversion

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in global B2B marketing with a focus on operations, tools, and analytics
  • Proficiency in lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and database management
  • Deep understanding of database structure, analytics, and attribution
  • Proven experience in managing a large marketing automation platform
  • Knowledge of GDPR regulations
