Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize lead routing and MQL definitions to ensure timely, high-quality leads for Sales and BDR teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve funnel friction points, improving lead flow and conversion rates
  • Ensure data accuracy across marketing tools and translate insights into actionable strategies to improve marketing ROI
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Strategy, or RevOps in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Expertise in HubSpot, including workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and managing integrations in a multi-system environment
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deep knowledge of lead management tools and funnel optimization best practices
