Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who will manage systems, processes, and insights to enhance the go-to-market engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and accurate data flow
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline generation, campaign ROI, and funnel health
  • Design and operationalize the Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategy, driving alignment across teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in Enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce; HubSpot certifications are a plus
  • Experience in designing and supporting ABM or ABX programs
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization tools
  • Proven ability to design and scale processes across global marketing teams
