Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who will manage systems, processes, and insights to enhance the go-to-market engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and accurate data flow
- Build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline generation, campaign ROI, and funnel health
- Design and operationalize the Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategy, driving alignment across teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in Enterprise B2B SaaS
- Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce; HubSpot certifications are a plus
- Experience in designing and supporting ABM or ABX programs
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization tools
- Proven ability to design and scale processes across global marketing teams
