Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end campaign management and automation in HubSpot, including email, social, and paid campaigns
  • Oversee event lead operations, including list management, consent handling, and campaign attribution
  • Deliver performance reporting and analyze funnel metrics to identify optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in executing B2B marketing campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows and reporting
  • Experience with managing event and third-party lead lists
  • Proven ability to build nurture and follow-up programs
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in influence and attribution reporting
