Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end campaign management and automation in HubSpot, including email, social, and paid campaigns
- Oversee event lead operations, including list management, consent handling, and campaign attribution
- Deliver performance reporting and analyze funnel metrics to identify optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in executing B2B marketing campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows and reporting
- Experience with managing event and third-party lead lists
- Proven ability to build nurture and follow-up programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in influence and attribution reporting
