Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the marketing funnel and lead management processes across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Oversee the digital buyer journey and collaborate on digital touchpoint optimization
- Define digital marketing KPIs and build reporting dashboards for insights into engagement and ROI
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or digital analytics
- Proven experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is required
- Hands-on expertise with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (or Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of data flow, lead lifecycle management, and marketing attribution models
- Experience in building complex marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations
