Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the marketing funnel and lead management processes across HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Oversee the digital buyer journey and collaborate on digital touchpoint optimization
  • Define digital marketing KPIs and build reporting dashboards for insights into engagement and ROI


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or digital analytics
  • Proven experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is required
  • Hands-on expertise with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (or Power BI/Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of data flow, lead lifecycle management, and marketing attribution models
  • Experience in building complex marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations
