Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the marketing operations function and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the marketing/GTM tech stack and ensure data accuracy and full-funnel visibility
  • Build dashboards and reporting to improve marketing performance and pipeline creation
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops on funnel stages and ensure accurate lead flow and attribution
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience managing complex GTM tech stacks, including Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Advanced understanding of lead lifecycle management and data governance
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Chili Piper
