Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary admin for Pardot, managing workflows, integrations, and user permissions
- Maintain data hygiene in Pardot and Salesforce, developing dashboards and reports to track marketing performance
- Build and optimize lead lifecycle processes, ensuring effective collaboration with Sales and SDR teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing operations or related role, preferably in B2B
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred) and Salesforce CRM
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building reports and dashboards
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
