Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize marketing efforts through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the marketing operations function, from planning to execution and measurement
  • Build and maintain funnel reporting, dashboards, and KPIs in partnership with GTM leadership
  • Drive campaign measurement and attribution to ensure visibility into performance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Revenue Operations experience in a B2B environment, with at least 2 years in Marketing Operations preferred
  • Deep experience with HubSpot; working knowledge of Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics, attribution models, and pipeline reporting
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription-based businesses
  • Familiarity with ABM tools, intent data, and multi-touch attribution
