• Deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns and leverage AI tools for candidate sourcing and engagement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the staffing industry or marketing with a focus on email campaigns and project management
• Expert-level proficiency in Bullhorn, with implementation experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing automation
• Familiarity with modern AI sourcing tools
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
