Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support its marketing engine through process optimization and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring effective use of HubSpot and seamless integration with Salesforce
  • Drive automation and efficiency using AI for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and lifecycle management
  • Ensure data integrity and performance visibility through standardized tracking and reporting


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or a related role within B2B SaaS environments
  • Admin-level expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub and experience managing end-to-end campaign infrastructure
  • Solid understanding of UTMs, attribution models, and key marketing funnel metrics
  • Proven experience operationalizing and analyzing multi-channel campaigns; SQL experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with orchestration platforms like LeanData or Qualified for lead flow management
