Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support its marketing engine through process optimization and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring effective use of HubSpot and seamless integration with Salesforce
- Drive automation and efficiency using AI for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and lifecycle management
- Ensure data integrity and performance visibility through standardized tracking and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or a related role within B2B SaaS environments
- Admin-level expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub and experience managing end-to-end campaign infrastructure
- Solid understanding of UTMs, attribution models, and key marketing funnel metrics
- Proven experience operationalizing and analyzing multi-channel campaigns; SQL experience is a plus
- Familiarity with orchestration platforms like LeanData or Qualified for lead flow management
