Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflow architecture, database hygiene, and custom reporting in HubSpot
- Build attribution infrastructure including UTM framework and multi-touch attribution models
- Manage lifecycle email operations and maintain data integrity across platforms
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing operations or a related role at a B2B SaaS company, with 2 years at a fast-growing startup
- HubSpot Certified with experience in end-to-end HubSpot instance management
- Experience building attribution models and campaign-to-revenue reports from scratch
- Hands-on experience with enrichment platforms and configuring routing logic
- Proficient in CRM/database management, integration architecture, and process automation
