Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager (LATAM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement multi-touch attribution models across Marketo and Salesforce
  • Build automated deduplication workflows and ongoing data hygiene campaigns
  • Diagnose and resolve Marketo-to-Salesforce sync issues and establish lead-to-contact conversion rules
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce integration
  • Proficiency in automation tools like Zapier or Make
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo or Clearbit
  • Understanding of analytics tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Preferred certifications include Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) and Salesforce Administrator
