Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager (LATAM).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-touch attribution models across Marketo and Salesforce
- Build automated deduplication workflows and ongoing data hygiene campaigns
- Diagnose and resolve Marketo-to-Salesforce sync issues and establish lead-to-contact conversion rules
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce integration
- Proficiency in automation tools like Zapier or Make
- Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo or Clearbit
- Understanding of analytics tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Preferred certifications include Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) and Salesforce Administrator
