Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support the execution of marketing campaigns and manage marketing technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee program and campaign operations, including audience targeting and program measurement
- Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives and identify new marketing technology capabilities
- Audit lead flow processes and marketing technologies to enhance conversion rates and pipeline growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or marketing operations, or equivalent education and experience
- 3+ years of experience with technology process improvement and marketing operations in a Global B2B software company
- 3+ years of experience with B2B reporting tools and CRM technologies
- 3+ years of experience with Eloqua or Marketo
- Demonstrated experience in converting business requirements into technical specifications
