Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the MarTech stack, ensuring smooth operations and data integrity
- Manage the operational processes for lead routing, scoring, and campaign execution
- Develop dashboards and reports to analyze marketing impact on revenue and guide decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or related B2B SaaS role, preferably in EdTech
- Hands-on experience with MarTech tools, specifically HubSpot
- Proven track record of implementing automation and optimizing processes
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
