Job Summary

Marketing Operations Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the marketing technology stack, managing integrations and data hygiene, and collaborating with various teams to enhance marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Marketo, including integrations, lifecycle management, and database oversight
  • Manage Demandbase and LeanData, ensuring effective audience logic and routing
  • Maintain and improve integration layers across various marketing tools and evaluate new technologies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of data synchronization
  • Experience supporting B2B campaign teams and business development functions
  • Practical knowledge of AI applications in marketing operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data metrics and integrity
