Job Summary
Marketing Operations Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the marketing technology stack, managing integrations and data hygiene, and collaborating with various teams to enhance marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Marketo, including integrations, lifecycle management, and database oversight
- Manage Demandbase and LeanData, ensuring effective audience logic and routing
- Maintain and improve integration layers across various marketing tools and evaluate new technologies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of data synchronization
- Experience supporting B2B campaign teams and business development functions
- Practical knowledge of AI applications in marketing operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data metrics and integrity
