Job Summary

Marketing Operations Manager is a full-time, individual contributor role responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing CRO testing, and coordinating product launches while ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Manage CRO tests and support continuous optimization of funnels and customer journeys
  • Coordinate operational execution of new offers and support brand consolidation efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations or project management within a DTC or eCommerce environment
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects across marketing, product, and tech
  • Working knowledge of CRO principles and experience with tech and development teams
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike or Asana
  • Experience supporting domain migration or brand consolidation work
