Job Summary
Marketing Operations Manager is a full-time, individual contributor role responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing CRO testing, and coordinating product launches while ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Manage CRO tests and support continuous optimization of funnels and customer journeys
- Coordinate operational execution of new offers and support brand consolidation efforts
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations or project management within a DTC or eCommerce environment
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects across marketing, product, and tech
- Working knowledge of CRO principles and experience with tech and development teams
- Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike or Asana
- Experience supporting domain migration or brand consolidation work
