Job Summary
Experienced marketing professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Marketing Operations Manager, responsible for architecting and optimizing marketing technology systems, managing lead scoring and pipeline architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Own and administer the marketing technology stack, ensuring integrations and scalability across platforms
- Design and implement lead scoring models and manage the inbound pipeline for account-based marketing
- Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards to provide real-time insights to leadership
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a related field, with proven ownership of marketing tech stacks
- Advanced expertise in HubSpot and experience with AI-powered workflows and automation tools
- Proven track record in managing lead scoring, persona segmentation, and account-based marketing
- Experience with data enrichment tools and multi-system integration management
- Proficiency in analytics and BI tools, with a preference for Mixpanel and Metabase experience
