Job Summary

Owning the HubSpot platform as the primary admin, the full-time Revenue Operations Manager (Marketing Operations) will manage marketing operations infrastructure, ensuring data hygiene, attribution reporting, and lead routing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee HubSpot day-to-day operations, including workflows, lead scoring, and campaign management
  • Ensure database health through enrichment, deduplication, and compliance with data privacy requirements
  • Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure for marketing performance and attribution across channels
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of marketing operations experience with a strong focus on HubSpot platform ownership
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, reporting, and integrations; relevant certifications preferred
  • Hands-on experience with marketing attribution, UTM management, and Google Analytics
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce, with the ability to build reports and maintain data integrity
  • Experience in ecommerce SaaS, logistics, or related technology is a plus
