Job Summary
To support a growing marketing team, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Manager will manage Marketo programs and systems, ensuring effective lead generation and integration with Salesforce while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage lead quality, scoring, and routing in Marketo while maintaining data health and quality
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions and optimize marketing programs
- Oversee performance metrics and dashboards, flagging leadership when action is required
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with Marketo and 2-3 years with Salesforce
- Proven program and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with dashboard creation and reporting for executive review
- Self-motivated and passionate about marketing automation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization
