Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Manager will manage Marketo programs and systems to generate inbound lead traffic, ensuring effective integration with Salesforce and optimizing lead management processes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Manage lead quality, scoring, and routing in Marketo while maintaining data health and quality
  • Analyze program requirements and key performance metrics, reporting findings to leadership and recommending actionable insights
Required qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience with Marketo and 2-3 years with Salesforce
  • Proven program and project management skills in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Hands-on experience with dashboard creation and reporting for executive review
  • Self-motivated with a passion for marketing automation and continuous learning
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage expectations across multiple groups
