Job Summary
To support the marketing technology needs, the remote, full-time Marketing Operations Manager will manage B2B marketing execution, campaign delivery, and operational continuity while ensuring an optimal end-user experience across various Salesforce platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support for B2B marketing execution, reporting, and optimization across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Enable end-to-end campaign delivery and performance reporting, focusing on improving marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Support day-to-day campaign operations and assist in stabilizing the Salesforce ecosystem through troubleshooting and process improvements
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Marketing Automation, Marketing Technology, and CRM Operations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, including building audiences and customer journeys
- Strong SQL skills for building and optimizing segmentation and automation queries
- Experience supporting campaign QA, testing, and operational validation processes
- Working knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, and CSS
