Job Summary
Experienced marketing operations professionals will find a full-time opportunity as a Marketing Operations Manager responsible for managing the marketing technology stack, reporting infrastructure, and data hygiene, while collaborating closely with the Demand Generation team in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Audit existing marketing technology for effectiveness and implement necessary tools and integrations
- Own and maintain all reporting infrastructure, creating automated dashboards for leadership use
- Ensure data hygiene and lead scoring/routing logic are consistently monitored and improved
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of marketing operations experience in a B2B technology company, with hands-on platform administration
- Extensive experience with HubSpot, including workflows, integrations, and reporting
- Strong Salesforce skills, particularly in reports, dashboards, and marketing-sales integration
- Proven knowledge of account-based marketing, attribution models, and lead scoring methodologies
- Experience utilizing AI tools in marketing operations for automation and predictive modeling
