Job Summary
Seeking an AI-forward, systems-oriented Marketing Operations Manager, the full-time position will manage HubSpot architecture, optimize operational processes, and enhance marketing attribution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize HubSpot architecture, workflows, automation, and operational governance
- Improve marketing attribution, campaign tracking, reporting consistency, and pipeline visibility
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to surface actionable GTM insights
Required qualifications
- Experience in Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, or similar analytical operational roles
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Workato, Snowflake, Zapier, or similar GTM and data visualization tools
- Strong systems thinking and operational problem-solving capabilities
- Interest in AI-enabled workflows and modern GTM technologies
