Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Marketing Operations Manager will own the systems and workflows that drive marketing execution, ensuring reliable operations and successful market launches in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Audit and optimize HubSpot sequences and user journey architecture to ensure effective marketing operations
  • Manage end-to-end market launches, including production checklists, agency coordination, and reporting
  • Develop and implement an experimental infrastructure for A/B testing and performance measurement across channels
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle/CRM, or campaign operations
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, with the ability to direct agencies and engage hands-on as needed
  • Experience in B2C brand marketing, particularly in startups or high-trust sectors such as insurance or fintech
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across agencies and channel teams
  • Strong operational mindset with a focus on building systems and improving efficiencies
