Job Summary
Owning the execution of marketing programs across Aesthetics, Fertility, and Audiology verticals, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Manager will manage campaign workflows, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure high-quality delivery of marketing materials and communications.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee campaign execution and performance reporting for enterprise and SMB marketing initiatives
- Act as the primary cross-functional project manager, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and timely delivery of materials
- Manage creative coordination with designers and contractors to drive projects to completion while maintaining quality standards
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience in an execution-focused role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience executing email marketing programs, including list management and performance reporting
- Proficiency in data management, including pulling reports and maintaining tracking spreadsheets
- Excellent written communication and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
