Job Summary

Partnering with key stakeholders, the full-time on-site Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager will execute and evolve the martech and analytics strategy, manage marketing systems, and provide performance analysis to support campaign effectiveness.

Key responsibilities
  • Co-own and execute the marketing ops roadmap, including lifecycle enforcement and the rollout of Power BI dashboards
  • Support global and regional teams with campaign build and quality assurance aligned to the Global Go To Market Calendar
  • Provide recurring and ad hoc analysis on funnel health and campaign performance, translating findings into actionable next steps
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, information systems, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing operations, RevOps, or marketing analytics
  • Demonstrated experience in a Salesforce-centric GTM environment, including building and maintaining dashboards
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or comparable) and Salesforce
  • Strong program/project management skills with the ability to balance roadmap work and campaign support
