Job Summary

Owning the operational engine of marketing, the full-time Marketing Operations Manager will manage HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, optimize campaign infrastructure, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Optimize HubSpot workflows, automation, lead scoring, and reporting
  • Manage the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce for accurate lead handoff and lifecycle stages
  • Build and maintain campaign infrastructure, including landing pages, forms, and email sequences
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, with experience building complex workflows
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and its integration with HubSpot
  • Data-oriented with the ability to build reports and analyze dashboards
  • Self-directed with experience managing multiple tools and integrations
