Job Summary
Owning the marketing operations function, the full-time Marketing Operations Manager will manage the martech stack, oversee data flow and lead routing, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the martech stack and manage campaign operations, data flow, and lead lifecycle processes
- Define and enforce data standards, including naming conventions and a single source of truth across the marketing organization
- Build and maintain a data hygiene program, ensuring deduplication, normalization, and compliance with data governance standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations, including 2+ years in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on proficiency with at least one major CRM and one MAP/ESP/CDP, along with SQL skills
- Demonstrated experience in data standardization and martech administration in high transaction volume settings
- Strong understanding of lead scoring, routing, and Marketing-to-Sales handoff logic
