Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the marketing infrastructure, oversee campaign execution, and architect complex automations to drive growth and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Engineer the marketing infrastructure by leading the technical architecture and ensuring high-integrity data flow between systems
- Oversee the technical execution of marketing campaigns, translating requirements into robust specifications for scalable launches
- Manage marketing data within database infrastructures to build custom tables and predictive AI workflows that inform strategic decision-making
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years with a Master's degree
- 6+ years of deep Marketo expertise, particularly with advanced Salesforce integrations
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing marketing data within Databricks or similar systems
- Proven experience in scaling and optimizing lead management processes backed by performance metrics
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce campaign hierarchies and complex attribution methodologies
