Job Summary
Seeking a remote Marketing Operations Manager, this full-time position will design and implement AI-powered workflows, manage campaign operations, and oversee the martech stack to enhance marketing efficiency and data quality.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI-driven automation workflows to streamline marketing operations
- Coordinate lead enrichment processes and ensure data integrity across marketing campaigns
- Manage the martech stack, including HubSpot and other tools, to optimize campaign performance
Required qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot administration and knowledge of GTM and GA4
- Proven ability to build automated workflows independently
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and lightweight scripting languages like Python or JavaScript
- Strong understanding of data quality, attribution, and funnel analytics
