Job Summary
Managing the global marketing campaign calendar, the full-time Marketing Operations Manager will ensure alignment and efficient delivery across marketing functions while overseeing content quality, vendor performance, and budget management in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the global marketing campaign calendar, coordinating initiatives with stakeholders and vendors
- Build digital marketing assets in HubSpot to support various campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure adherence to marketing processes and review public-facing content for quality and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within life sciences or biotech
- Proven experience leading marketing operations in complex, cross-functional environments
- Strong project management and process optimization skills
- Proficiency in HubSpot, SAP, and G-Suite analytics tools
