Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Marketing Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will manage the development and execution of lead nurture and email campaigns, troubleshoot martech issues, and coordinate various digital marketing efforts for B2B clients.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage lead nurture and email campaigns within clients' CRMs
- Coordinate and launch email, social, paid, and organic marketing campaigns while providing updates on progress
- Maintain marketing dashboards and ensure data integrity by cleaning and managing contact databases
Required qualifications
- Experience in financial services marketing and understanding of regulated industries
- Proficiency with marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Salesforce/Pardot, Marketo, and Eloqua
- Ability to create website analytics reports and sales/marketing dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio and Tableau
- Strong background in building multichannel marketing campaigns and solving martech challenges
- Agency experience is strongly preferred
