Job Summary
Empowering marketing initiatives, the full-time Marketing Operations Manager will manage campaign planning, oversee marketing technology integration, and design automation processes while working remotely in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead campaign planning and prioritization to align with business goals
- Evaluate and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring integration and scalability
- Design and manage email automation and nurture programs to improve engagement and conversion
Required qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of Marketing Operations or related experience within B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with marketing project management platforms such as Asana or ClickUp
- Deep HubSpot administration experience, including automation workflows and integrations
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and event tracking
- Experience building dashboards and performance reporting in Tableau or a comparable BI platform
